One Tree Planted is a US-registered 501(c)(3) non-profit that channels donor funding into reforestation projects on six continents. Their cost-per-tree economics — famously $1 = 1 tree — set the price floor that most modern subscription pledges anchor against, including ours.
Why we partner with them
OTP's geographic coverage means a single partnership scales from UAE-relevant planting in the Levant and Africa to long-range biodiversity work in the Amazon and SE Asia. They are the closest thing the reforestation space has to a default integration target.
