The Appointments add-on also unlocks the receipts screens, so a clinic issuing tax invoices does not need POS as well.

Remarketly's live commerce connectors are Shopify, Salla and Zid, where a paid order becomes a contact, a CRM lead and a WhatsApp-resendable receipt, plus WooCommerce for product, order and stock sync and Odoo, which pushes an invoice back when a receipt is marked paid. Remarketly's own POS issues receipts with no connector at all.

What do I need to set up before receipts go out on WhatsApp?

Sending Remarketly receipts on WhatsApp needs one connected WhatsApp number — the one set as the POS sender in POS settings, otherwise the first connected number — plus the issuer details the document prints: business name, logo, address and tax number, saved on the tenant or location profile. Numbers connect through the Meta Cloud API or a QR scan; auto-send on payment is a per-tenant toggle.

Each tenant is set to one country tax profile, so a Saudi tenant gets 15% VAT and the ZATCA QR on the online receipt, and a Philippine tenant 12% on an 'Official Receipt'.

A Remarketly receipt can still end up on paper: the WhatsApp link opens a public receipt page with a Download PDF button that the customer or the cashier can print.
